- Ad-hoc White-label: NZD 220 / hour
- Retainer Lite: NZD 1,990 / month (includes 12 hours, then NZD 190 / hour)
- Retainer Pro: NZD 4,490 / month (includes 30 hours, then NZD 170 / hour)
- Clinic-wide Contract: Custom quote by asset count, site count, and SLA
SLA and commercial notes
- Travel, parking, and after-hours work are quoted separately
- Parts and third-party vendor charges are excluded unless contractually included
- SLA response tiers (e.g. 8h / 24h / 48h) affect final pricing
- Monthly included hours apply within the current billing cycle
